InterCapital becomes a Warsaw Stock Exchange IPO Partner

June 14th 2010
InterCapital  is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) to become a WSE IPO partner. WSE IPO partner program was initiated in November of 2006 with the aim of attracting new issuers to the Polish capital markets. Since then a number of major issuers from Eastern Europe, such as ČEZ, MOL and Unicredit have joined the WSE and the exchange has become Europe’s most vibrant one. In 2008 the exchange had 91 new issues in total value of EUR 2.5 billion and in 2009 it had 38 new issues in total value of EUR 1.6 billion.

InterCapital will now partner the WSE in promoting the Polish capital markets and dual listings of companies in Croatia and neighbouring countries.
