Funds With a Public Offering
InterCapital manages two open-end investment funds: Capital One (bond fund) and Capital Two (equity fund).

An open-end fund with a public offering, as defined in the Act on investment funds, is:

• The purchase of shares in an open investment fund shall be accomplished by paying via currency/fiat, upon which the buyer acquires a proportionate number of shares.
• The owner(s) of the shares in the fund must be a legal and natural person.
• The fund is established and managed by an authorized company who manages investment funds.
• The investment funds raised capital is managed by an investment firm who invests in securities (i.e. money market instruments, debt securities, equity securities and financial derivatives) while respecting the legal limits and restrictions on the fund, as outlined in the fund’s prospectus.
• The fund’s Prospectus is an invitation to purchase shares in the investment fund and it includes pertinent information which investors will use in order to make a decision about further investing in the fund or not (i.e. type of fund, investment strategies, risks associated with the type of fund and its portfolio, the process of buying and selling of shares, fees and other important information, etc).
• The goal of investing cash assets in securities and other financial instruments is to increase the value of shares in the fund.
