Selling Securities

1) Preconditions for selling of securities:

In order for InterCapital to process your transaction, it is necessary to:

• Fill out and sign our standard Brokerage Agreement,

• Fill out and sign the Client classification form,

• Fill out the general Client details form,

• Provide a photocopy of personal identification card (or passport) and current bank account number.

In order to sell securities, it is necessary:

• To own the security that is at your unlimited disposal;

• To have the securities registered with the issuer, on the so called ‘free position’ (with no obstacles for their sale);

• To register the papers with InterCapital Securities prior to selling them.

Our brokers will advise you on the procedure of registering securities with InterCapital.

Having registered the securities with InterCapital, the client gives an order for sale of securities to one of our authorized brokers.

When placing an order it is important to correctly state the following:

• Sale;

• Security;

• Amount to be sold;

• Price;

• Password stated in the Agreement.

• When sending orders via email, only those emails sent from a personal address stated in the Brokerage Agreement will be considered


4) Report on executed transactions:

• Upon transaction execution, we will send a transaction verification report, either via email or via post, to the address stated in the Brokerage Agreement

• Funds from the purchase will be deposited to the bank account stated in the Brokerage Agreement three days after the transaction has been executed.

In accordance with prevalent legal regulations, Client’s funds deposited in InterCapital’s account are by no means InterCapital’s ownership, and can only be used according to Client’s orders.  While Client’s funds are not engaged in trade, an overnight interest rate determined by a partnership bank is being calculated on those funds.
