Buying Securities
InterCapital’s client relationship is defined and regulated according to the following documentation:
• Brokerage Agreement
• Client classification form
• General terms
• Brokerage commissions
• Rules for preventing conflicts of interest
• Risks in trading securities
1) Preconditions for purchasing securities:
In order for InterCapital to process client transactions, it is necessary to:
• Fill out and sign our standard Brokerage Agreement,
• Fill out and sign the Client classification form,
• Fill out the general Client details form,
• Provide a photocopy of personal identification card (or passport) and current bank account number.

2) After signing the purchasing agreement with our brokerage house, the client should next transfer the funds they intend to trade with to the following bank account:
• Account number 2402006-1300000162 (ERSTE BANK)
• Call number contains ID number of the applicant
• Purpose of payment should state ‘For trading purposes’
• Receiver is: Interkapital vrijednosni papiri d.o.o.; Masarykova 1; HR – 10000 Zagreb
• Copy of transfer confirmation can be sent to us via fax on +385 (1) 4825 899 or via email at: brokeri@intercapital.hr
In accordance with prevalent legal regulations, Client’s funds deposited in InterCapital’s account are by no means InterCapital’s ownership, and can only be used according to Client’s orders. While Client’s funds are not engaged in trade, an overnight interest rate determined by a partnership bank is being calculated on those funds.
Having deposited funds in our account, the Client gives permission for either the purchase or sale of securities to one of our authorized brokers. Purchase of equities is realized upon receiving the order, which can be given in person by visiting us at our office in Zagreb, via telephone, fax, or e-mail. In accordance to the order specifications, and deposited funds in our account, we will execute the trade for the desired security. Purchased securities will be registered to the client’s account three days after the execution of the order. Regardless of the time gap, the same securities may be sold the same day.

When placing an order it is very important to correctly state all of the following:
• Purchase;
• Security;
• Amount to be purchased;
• Price;
• Password stated in the Agreement.
• When sending orders via email, only those emails sent from a personal address stated in the Brokerage Agreement will be considered
4) Report on executed transactions:
• Upon transaction execution, we will send a verification report , via email or via post, to the address stated in the Brokerage Agreement
• Unless specifically requested otherwise, purchased securities will remain registered with the brokerage company
