InterCapital is the broker of choice for many investors who wish to trade equities and bonds on the Zagreb Stock Exchange as well as on other major global exchanges.

Being a Zagreb based company; InterCapital Securities Ltd has extensive and invaluable experience in order execution and transaction settlement in domestic and international markets.

Our brokerage services encompass all of the necessary steps for successful order execution and transactions settlement, including admission of buying/selling orders, transaction execution, settlement operations (i.e. ownership and funds transfer upon buying or selling securities), and transfer of securities ownership to the Central Depository Agency or custody bank.

In order to trade through InterCapital, it is necessary to sign our standard Brokerage Agreement, which defines the conditions for trading securities in Croatia, as well as abroad, where InterCapital has fulfilled all of the necessary requirements for trading.

It is necessary that a settlement account be opened with the Central Depository Agency or with a custody bank.  For those clients who do not have an account with the Depository Agency, InterCapital will make sure to open one for the client upon completion of the first trade, at no additional cost.  The same applies to those clients who wish to have their positions registered with the custody bank.

The Zagreb Stock Exchange is open for trading week days between 10 am and 4 pm.  During this time, our staff is at our clients’ disposal for any and all information or order execution they desire; such as for quick and accurate realization of orders, to provide accurate information on market conditions (i.e. bid, ask, and prices of all listed securities), as well as to offer our advice and perspective on potential investment opportunities.
